Disconnect and data deletion
Last updated 12 September 2026
1. Disconnect in LoopBatch
Open Connections in LoopBatch and choose Disconnect. LoopBatch then deletes the stored credential, granted permissions, cached profile, provider account identity, upload-operation identifiers, provider post identifiers and provider links, and suspends the schedules of that connection. For TikTok and YouTube, LoopBatch also asks the platform to revoke the access.
2. Remove the app on the platform
On Google, the app still has the name Feedline.
- Instagram: remove LoopBatch-IG under Settings, Apps and websites.
- Facebook: remove LoopBatch under Settings, Business integrations, or Apps and websites.
- Threads: remove LoopBatch under Account settings, Website permissions.
- TikTok: remove LoopBatch under Security and permissions, Manage app permissions.
- YouTube: remove Feedline on the Google security settings page.
- X: remove LoopBatch under Security and account access, Apps and sessions.
- LinkedIn: remove LoopBatch under Data privacy, Permitted services.
- Pinterest: remove LoopBatch under Security and logins, Apps.
- Bluesky: remove LoopBatch's session under Settings, Privacy and security.
When Meta or TikTok sends a verified removal notice, LoopBatch does the same deletion as a disconnect. LoopBatch checks YouTube connections regularly and does the same deletion when Google reports that the access can no longer be refreshed.
3. Ask us to delete your records
Email hello@testplotlabs.com from the address of your LoopBatch account. Name the workspace and the records that you want deleted, or ask for all of them. Do not send passwords or tokens. We complete a deletion request within 30 days, and we delete YouTube authorization data no later than seven calendar days after we receive the request.
4. What stays
A post may already be in progress when you disconnect. Published posts stay on the platform, where you manage them. LoopBatch-created run status, rendered media, approved titles and descriptions, and security and publication events stay as workspace records until you ask us to delete them. These records no longer contain the deleted profile, credential, granted permissions, provider account identity, upload-operation identifiers, provider post identifiers or provider links.
