Terms of service

These terms apply to each person who uses LoopBatch or another product of Test Plot Labs LLC ("we", "us"). If you use a product for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old to use our products.
1. What LoopBatch does
LoopBatch makes short marketing videos for a workspace and posts them to the social accounts that the workspace connects. LoopBatch posts a video only after a person approves it, with the privacy and interaction settings chosen on the approval page.
2. Your accounts and content
Connect only the accounts that you own or that you have permission to manage. You are responsible for the captions, media and settings that you approve. You keep the rights to the content that you give to LoopBatch or approve in it. You give us permission to store, process, render and publish that content only to run the product for you.
3. Platform rules
Each post must follow the rules of the platform. For TikTok, this includes the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and, for paid partnerships, the Branded Content Policy. For Instagram, this includes the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. For Facebook, this includes the Meta Terms of Service, the Pages, Groups and Events Policies and the Community Standards. For Threads, this includes the Threads Terms of Use and the Instagram Community Guidelines. For X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Bluesky, this includes the terms of service and community rules of each platform. For YouTube, this includes the YouTube Terms of Service, which you agree to when you connect a channel.
4. AI content
LoopBatch can make content with AI models. Check each video before you approve it. When a post contains AI-generated content, LoopBatch sends the AI disclosure that the platform supports.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not post content that is unlawful, that you do not have the rights to, or that deceives people about who made it.
- Do not use LoopBatch to copy other people's content, to send spam, or to post to accounts without the owner's approval.
- Do not try to reach another workspace's data, bypass limits, or disrupt the service.
6. Paid features
If a feature costs money, LoopBatch shows the cost or the spending limit before the paid step runs.
7. Availability
Our products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. A platform can refuse, delay or remove a post. We can change or stop a feature, and we can suspend access that breaks these terms or the rules of a platform.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
9. Ending use
You can stop using a product at any time and ask us to delete your data. See Data deletion.
10. Law
The laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims go to the state or federal courts in Nebraska.
11. Changes
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we tell LoopBatch users in the product or by email before it takes effect.
