Privacy policy

Last updated 12 September 2026

This policy explains how Test Plot Labs LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, keeps and deletes personal data on this website and in LoopBatch, our product that makes marketing videos for a workspace and posts the videos that a person in the workspace approves.

1. Who we are

Test Plot Labs LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company. Our business address is 200 S 21st St, Ste 400A, Lincoln, NE 68510, USA. You can reach us at hello@testplotlabs.com.

2. This website

testplotlabs.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no content from other companies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as the IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Your LoopBatch account

If you sign in with Google, LoopBatch stores your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image, together with login sessions and security records. Google sign-in identifies your LoopBatch account. Connecting a social account for publishing needs a separate permission. Login provider tokens are encrypted. Signing out ends your LoopBatch session. You can ask us to delete your LoopBatch account and the associated records.

4. Cookies and browser storage

LoopBatch uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, to protect OAuth connection attempts and to prevent cross-site requests. LoopBatch does not use advertising cookies and does not use connected-account data for advertising.

5. Connected social accounts

You choose which accounts to connect. For each platform, LoopBatch reads and stores only the data below, and uses it only to show you the destination and to publish the posts that you approve.

Instagram

Connecting Instagram lets LoopBatch read your professional account identity and publish Reels you approve. LoopBatch stores your account ID, username, granted permissions and an encrypted access token. The token is refreshed to keep your connection.

Facebook

Connecting Facebook lets LoopBatch read your Facebook user ID, the Pages you choose and your permissions on them, and publish Reels you approve to those Pages. LoopBatch stores your Facebook user ID, the ID and name of each Page, the granted permissions and an encrypted access token for each Page. LoopBatch does not keep your personal access token.

Threads

Connecting Threads lets LoopBatch read your Threads user ID and username, and publish videos you approve to your Threads profile. LoopBatch stores your Threads user ID, username, the requested permissions and an encrypted access token. The token is refreshed to keep your connection. Every Threads post that LoopBatch publishes is public.

TikTok

Connecting TikTok lets LoopBatch read your basic profile (open ID and display name), read your posting settings, and post videos you approve to your TikTok account. LoopBatch stores your open ID, nickname, username, granted scopes and encrypted access and refresh tokens. The tokens are refreshed to keep your connection.

YouTube

Connecting YouTube lets LoopBatch read your channel ID and title, and upload Shorts you approve to your channel, through the YouTube API Services. LoopBatch stores your channel ID, title, handle, granted scopes and encrypted access and refresh tokens, and, during an upload, the encrypted upload session address. See section 8 for the YouTube terms and how to revoke access.

X

Connecting X lets LoopBatch read your X user ID and username, and publish videos you approve as posts on your account. LoopBatch stores your user ID, username, the granted scopes and encrypted access and refresh tokens. The tokens are refreshed to keep your connection. Every X post is public.

LinkedIn

Connecting LinkedIn lets LoopBatch read your LinkedIn member ID and name, and publish videos you approve as posts on your profile, to the public or to your connections. LoopBatch stores your member ID, name, the granted scopes and an encrypted access token.

Pinterest

Connecting Pinterest lets LoopBatch read your username and your boards, and publish videos you approve as Pins on the board you choose. LoopBatch stores your account ID, username, board names and privacy, the granted scopes and encrypted access and refresh tokens. The tokens are refreshed to keep your connection.

Bluesky

Connecting Bluesky lets LoopBatch read your account identifier (DID), handle and personal data server, and publish videos you approve as posts on your account. LoopBatch stores your DID and handle, the granted scopes, and encrypted access and refresh tokens with their signing key. The tokens are refreshed to keep your connection. Every Bluesky post is public.

6. Content that you make

LoopBatch stores the briefs, scripts, captions, titles, descriptions, rendered media and approval choices of your workspace. To make a video, LoopBatch sends the brief and the prompts of your workspace to AI model providers: Cloudflare Workers AI and Anthropic for text, Speechify and ElevenLabs for voice, and fal for images and video. LoopBatch does not send your connected-account credentials to these providers.

7. Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use connected-account data for advertising.

8. Google and YouTube data

LoopBatch's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. LoopBatch does not use data from Google APIs for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

LoopBatch uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke LoopBatch's access at any time on the Google security settings page. Disconnecting in LoopBatch deletes the YouTube credential, channel profile, granted scopes, upload session and YouTube-issued video identifiers and links. LoopBatch does the same deletion automatically when Google reports that the authorization can no longer be refreshed.

9. How long we keep data

Connection data is kept while the account is connected. Disconnecting deletes the stored credential, granted permissions, cached profile, provider account identity, upload-operation identifiers, provider post identifiers and provider links, and stops future queued publishing for that connection. LoopBatch-created run status, rendered media, approved titles and descriptions, and security and publication events stay as workspace records until you ask us to delete them. Posts already published stay on the platform, where you manage them.

10. Security

LoopBatch encrypts connected-account credentials at rest. Credentials are not shown to browsers, written to logs or shared with other workspaces. Each workspace sees only its own records.

11. Your choices and requests

You can disconnect any account in LoopBatch, or remove the app in the settings of the platform. On Google, the app still has the name Feedline. See Data deletion for the steps. You can email us to see, correct or delete your personal data. We answer within 30 days. We delete YouTube authorization data no later than seven calendar days after we receive a request.

12. Children

Our products are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child gave us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we tell LoopBatch users in the product or by email before it takes effect.
